We aim to make the letting process as straightforward as possible. Here is a brief guide to the way it works.
The first thing to do is to let us know that you are looking for a house to rent in the Cotswolds. You can do this by completing our online registration form, phoning us or calling in to see us.
Whenever a suitable property becomes available to rent, we will contact you. You can also keep an eye out on this website. We update it regularly: you may spot a property that doesn’t fit your preferred criteria, but might be suitable.
Once there is a property you are interested in, we’ll arrange a viewing to see if you like it in real life.

Assuming that all these references are acceptable and both you and your prospective landlord still wish to proceed, we will ask you to:
On the first day of your tenancy (or any day between that and the day you plan to move in, if that’s more convenient), we will invite you to the office to collect the keys to your new home.
This may sound like a long and time-consuming process, but it can often be completed in a matter of days. We understand that you want a home and that our landlords want their properties let as quickly as possible, so we do everything we can to move things along as efficiently as possible.
